Moraine Valley has a variety of different settings available for any type of meeting and will work with you to determine what best suits your event’s seating, budget, technology and other needs.

  • Moraine Business and Conference Center Moraine Rooms—Three large banquet-style rooms for conferences and seminars. Each room comfortably seats 200 with the option of combining the rooms for larger events for a maximum capacity of 600. One visit and you’ll see why Moraine Valley is the best choice for your next event.
  • Valley Rooms―Two large seminar-style rooms that accommodate up to 60 people each.
  • Fogelson Theater―A large stadium seating auditorium featuring high-tech capabilities. Ideal for large-scale training sessions. Seats 80.
  • Lecture Halls―Can be used for numerous purposes. Capacity: 70-90 people.
  • Classrooms―Each accommodates 32 people for small group meetings or workshops.
  • Computer labs―Seating capacity varies. Features state-of-the-art equipment.
  • Gymnasium―Seating capacity of 3,000 on the bleachers for basketball and volleyball. Three college-sized, regulation basketball courts and a state-of-the-art sound system.

Totaling 55,000 square feet, the conference center is large enough to accommodate your needs, yet small enough to provide individualized attention to ensure your event is a success.

The Moraine Room Complex

The Business and Conference Center offers 12,000+ square feet of meeting space consisting of a pre-function area as well as three equal-sized rooms that can be combined or separated to fit your needs.

  • Modern, multipurpose event rooms with seating for up to 600 people, plus an additional 3,500 square feet of pre-function space
  • Flexible seating configurations: 600 banquet style, 800 auditorium style, 500 classroom style
  • Breakout rooms that can accommodate 16 to 64 people
  • Computer labs
  • On-site catering for everything from continental breakfast and light refreshments to a full course meal with desserts
  • Free on-site parking

Smart Business Meetings

The Conference Center’s Business Support Center is equipped with telephone, scanner, fax machine, copy machine and Internet access. Wireless capabilities are available throughout the center and campus. In addition, our seminar rooms are equipped with advanced technology and extensive multimedia capabilities. Each room features:

  • an in-podium PC and projector
  • DVD and VCR player
  • document camera
  • wireless handheld and wireless lavaliere microphones as well as a podium microphone.

Your Basic Rental Fee Includes:

  • Podium
  • Microphone
  • Overhead projection screen
  • Set up and take down (included as long as this function can be completed during normal business hours. Additional charge may apply if set up or take down requires staff overtime.)
