Purchasing Tickets
Get tickets 24/7 at morainevalley.edu/fpac/tickets or contact the box office Tuesday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at (708) 974-5500. Hours vary during holidays, winter break, and summer. Box office is open one hour prior to the performance. All events, dates, times, prices, and artists are subject to change without notice. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance as walk-up sales cannot be guaranteed.

Pricing
Ticket pricing and discounts vary and are not the same for each event. Please inquire about discounts at the time of sale. Tickets are non-refundable once purchased. Charges and fees are non-refundable once processed.
Performing Arts Series Moraine Valley Student Rush Tickets
Need a break from studying and want to see world-class award-winning artist for only $5 (includes per ticket fee)? Then head to the Fine and Performing Arts Center box office with your student ID. Available starting the Tuesday the week of the performance and is subject to availability. One ticket per student, and ID must be presented at the time of sale by the student.
Payments / Refunds / Exchanges
Tickets are never held without payment. Moraine Valley accepts Mastercard, Visa, Discover, cash and checks made out to “Moraine Valley Community College.” All sales are final. No requests for cancellations, exchanges, or refunds are accepted. Ticket exchanges for academic shows must be requested 48 hours prior to the event, can only be for the same performance different date, and are subject to a $4.00 exchange fee.
Ticket Fees
Online orders are subject to a $1.50 per ticket fee, in-person and phone orders are subject to a $1.00 per ticket fee. An additional delivery fee of $2.00 will be charged to mailed tickets; we will not mail tickets within seven days prior to the performance.
Group tickets
Discounted prices for most shows are available for groups 20+. For more information contact the Box Office at (708) 974-5500.
Gift Certificates
Tickets make great gifts and never expire. Contact the box office or purchase the gift certificate online.
Season Subscriptions
Become a season subscriber and save! Renewal subscriptions go on sale July 9, 2024 (must had 2023-24 subscription tickets). New subscribers go on sale July 16, 2024. Single tickets go on sale to the general public starting August 6, 2024.
Children
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our events. Events not suitable for children is noted with the event description. All guests, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy is our priority. We do not to sell or disclose any of your personal information to a third party. All information you submit is used solely for internal purposes.
Will Call
Will Call tickets are available for pick-up outside the Coat Room beginning one hour prior to the event with a photo ID. Will Call tickets must be paid in advance. Box Office cannot hold tickets without payment. To assist walk-up tickets, Will Call is not available at the box office.
Accessibility
The center strives to make our events accessible and inviting to all our patrons. We offer a variety of services to complement the live theater experience, including wheelchair/companion seating, sign-language interpretation, and personal hearing devices at no additional fee. Please contact the Box Office at (708) 974-5500 at least two weeks prior to the event.
Free Parking
The center is located on the Moraine Valley Community College campus off 111th street.
Late Seating
Not all events are able to accommodate late seating, and it is a distraction to performers and patrons.
If late seating is available, it is at the discretion of the house manager.
Cameras, Recording Equipment and Electronics
While the Fine and Performing Arts Center does not have a policy prohibiting cameras, many artists do, and we enforce this on behalf of the artists. When in doubt, call the Box Office prior to performances. The use of video or sound recording devices is always prohibited. Please silence all electronic devices before a performance.
Concessions
Concessions is located on the main floor near the Oremus Theater. Concessions are sold only for select performances. Wine and beer are sold at Performing Arts Series and Chorale concerts only. Outside food is not allowed in the Oremus or Menker Theater.
Advisories
The Fine and Performing Arts Center does not offer advisories about subject matter, as sensitivities vary from person to person. If you have any questions about content, age-appropriateness or stage effects (such as strobe lights or theatrical fog) that might have a bearing on patron comfort, please contact the Box Office at (708) 974-5500.
By attending events, you acknowledge that you have granted permission to appear in photographs, video capture and capture by other media in all public spaces in the Fine and Performing Arts Center. Your image may be used by Moraine Valley Community College for promotional purposes. This blanket permission releases and waives any claim against the college and its employees arising from the use of such images in any medium.
Smoke/Tobacco-Free Campus
Smoking is prohibited on all college property. Smoking will be allowed only inside vehicles in parking lots. morainevalley.edu/tobacco
Coat Check
Coat check is seasonal, free, and located on the main floor, past the Box Office.
Restrooms
Restrooms are located on the main floor and on the second floor. There is a gender-neutral restroom located in the northeast corner of the second floor.
Lost and Found
Found articles should be left with the Box Office or the will call window. If valuable items such as keys, wallets or jewelry are found, they will be reported and picked up by the Moraine Valley Police. All other items will be held in the center’s lost and found. Contact the Box Office at (708) 974-5500 or the Moraine Valley Police at (708) 974-5555. Any items lost or presumed stolen are not the responsibility of the Moraine Valley Community College.
