The Health, Fitness & Recreation Center at Moraine Valley Community College offers our students, members and non-members with one-on-one personal training services. Interested participants can choose from individual sessions or a variety of packages.
Our certified Personal Trainers are uniquely talented and knowledgeable in many areas of training and conditioning including: weight reduction, marathon preparation, sports training, stress reduction, senior fitness, as well as the ability to help those with health conditions. Their diverse backgrounds and experiences have prepared them to serve you and help you meet your goals.
We offer training sessions for 30- or 60-minutes. They are scheduled based on the availability of the client and trainer. To request a personal trainer, you must purchase a personal training session and/or package at our Membership Services area. Please complete the Personal Training Getting Started Packet and return to the Membership Services area.
We also offer Duet, Trio, and Small Group Training with 4, 5 or 6 clients.
