Exercise Equipment that you specialize in
Depending on the client’s goals, I try to incorporate both free weights and unique forms of cardio when training. However, I specifically specialize in dumbbells, kettle bells, and TRX

I love being a Personal Trainer because

When I was younger, I struggled with my body image. Throughout my fitness journey I discovered the value and benefits of a healthy lifestyle, but learning that information was a challenge. By far the hardest part of starting and maintaining a healthy lifestyle is the amount of conflicting fitness information and ideologies. However, I have spent years learning what information is useful and what information is not. I enjoy being able to share my knowledge with my clients so they have instant access to what is best to get them the results that they want.  Seeing a client reach their goals is tremendously rewarding! When I think to where a client was when we first met to where they are after they have met their goals is what I love the most about being a trainer.

Inspirational/Motivational Quote you live by

“Success doesn’t come from what you do occasionally. It comes from what you do consistently.”

Words that describe your style of Personal Training
Fun but also effective. I strive to turn exercise into something you WANT to do, instead of something you HAVE to do.

Favorite Personal Training Memory
The look on my client’s faces when they realize their hard work is paying off

Favorite Healthy Food/Meal
Broccoli- raw, steamed, grilled, or baked. I love broccoli in all forms and could eat it for every meal!

Least Favorite Exercise or Muscle to train on self

Push-ups! They have always been my Achilles heel. However I try to incorporate them in my personal upper body exercises as much as I can so I can get better at them.
