I enjoy helping people achieve their goals. I also love seeing my clients progress in different ways such as strength, flexibility, etc.

Compassion is what comes to mind. I learn as much as I can so that it can be used to benefit someone someday, I want you to succeed just as much as you do!

Favorite Personal Training Memory
When my clients get excited about how far they have progressed. It’s always a great memory for me because they are not the only one excited but I am right there with them helping them and continuing to cheer them on.

Least Favorite Exercise or Muscle to train on self
Lunges or Squats. I know that I am going to get criticized for saying this but I really dislike doing them. I still do them in my workouts but if you look at my face while I am doing the exercise, you will not see joy.
