This 50-minute class concentrates on core strength and upper/lower body conditioning. Pilates Springboard is a wall-mounted piece of equipment which consists of arm and leg springs. The attachments provide resistance and assist in stabilization and range of motion. To qualify for member pricing, member must have/keep an active FitRec monthly membership for a minimum of at least six months (1-month memberships do not apply) during the duration of the program. A maximum of 6 participants allows for more individualized instruction, attention and safety.
CREATE A CLASS: Group Pilates Springboard classes may be added with a minimum of 4 participants, but dependent on the availability of studio space and instructor. One to two weeks notice recommended. Contact Melanie Herman for more information.
