Halloween 5K

This year's race has sold out!  Thanks for your support and we hope to see you at next year's race!

Check out this recap video from this year's successful event!

What is the Halloween 5K?

The Moraine Valley Health, Fitness & Recreation Center will be hosting the 7th annual Halloween 5K run/walk in conjunction with the Moraine Valley Foundation. Open to the Moraine Valley campus and community, this race donates all proceeds to the Moraine Valley Foundation which provides need-based scholarships to students including FitRec employees. By participating, you can make a difference in the lives of students by helping them afford a college education. Because it is on Halloween, costumes are highly encouraged. Strollers are allowed on the course.

If you are planning to participate in this year's Halloween 5K, check out our Participant Guide for additional information regarding this event.
