As FitRec recently announced, we have upgraded our membership software and launched it TODAY. With this software comes a new user-friendly Member portal and app where members can update profile information, pay outstanding dues, register for programs, reserve a swim lane, enroll in a group fitness class, and more! To access the portal, you should have received an e-mail recently that provided you with a username and temporary password or a link to create your portal credentials. During the login process, you may be promoted to digitally re-sign our facility waiver. One of the changes we have made during this transition is the ability to have the primary member on an account sign one waiver for themselves and anyone under the age of 18 on their account. Anyone over the age of 18 will be required to sign their own individual waiver.

Once you have updated your password via the portal, you can also download our new FitRec Member App to have FitRec at your fingertips. With the new Member app, you will be able to use a digital barcode to check-in to the facility as well as many of the features available on the portal.
