Members of a household are able to transfer points from one member to another. This is only eligible for members listed in the same household with Membership Services. If the main member of the membership would like to transfer the points from their spouse/dependent/household adult that is listed on their file, the main member must fill out the form below. Please allow 1-2 business days for the inquiry to be resolved. FitRec staff has the ability to deny requests for transfer if deemed unfit per policies.

    Transfers are from the sub member listed above to the main member listed above.
