FitRec is looking to recognize our great staff for showing acts of caring. As our members, you have a great perspective on times that our staff has shown great customer service. Below are a few examples that show they care:

  • Did they go out of their way to help a member with something above and beyond their regular assigned duties?
  • Extreme customer service and asking members “what else” they can do
  • Consistently saying “you’re welcome”, “my pleasure”, or other key customer service words and phrases.
  • Helping out a co-worker by backing them up in a difficult situation
  • Anything that equates to providing an awesome experience to any member/guest
