• Click the “join here” above. Enter your full name, email address, and the Event Password “MVCC2020”.
• Once you enter this information, most computers will need to initiate a “Temporary Application” to enter the event.
• When you click the Temporary Application text, your internet browser will download the temporary file that allows you to join. This may show as a small box with an “.exe” for Webex, or you will need to find the file in your browser downloads and open it.
• After you open the Temporary Application, a box will open that shows a progress bar as your computer finishes the download and opens the meeting. This can take a minute or two to load and open Webex.
• Once done, the Webex event screen will open on your computer, and you will be muted upon entry.
• Please adjust your computer volume to hear the presenters.
• The Chat feature will be live, and we welcome questions for presenters. All attendees have access to see the Chat.
• Please use the Q&A feature when sending messages only to the hosts.
