We provide our students with opportunities to learn on the actual equipment they will use in the workplace, and we equip our classrooms with technology designed to increase student engagement and learning.
To that end, the college has developed a Strategic Technology Plan to guide its efforts.
Help Desk
The Moraine Valley Help Desk is located in Building T, Room T520. It is the first point of contact for Moraine Valley students, faculty and staff in need of technology assistance. The Help Desk team provides technical support for numerous issues, including online class questions, email, and MVConnect--the college's student and staff portal. It also provides help with passwords, classroom and lab computers, error messages and many other related issues or problems.
