Licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, the staff is dedicated to providing a superior, safe and fun learning environment for all attending children from the ages of 2 to 5.

The center is open from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. The center is closed on staff development days and college holidays; a schedule of dates will be provided to parents.
Community members may register their child at any time during the year. Please note, space available is on a first-come basis each semester so early registration is highly encouraged. A fee schedule will be made at the time of registration. Child care fees are due in advance and payable at the Cashier’s Office in Building S, Room S105.
If you are a Moraine Valley student, child care costs will be added to your class tuition statement and paid according to your tuition payment plan. Children should be registered at the start of each semester to ensure child care costs can be added to your tuition.
Employees can register their child any time during the semester and have their registration costs deducted from their paychecks.
The Children's Learning Center also accepts Illinois Action for Children assistance.
If your child will be absent, please call the center in advance to make them aware.
Tuition is due regardless of attendance. The expenses of the center continue even though your child may be absent.
Parents intending to withdraw their child(ren) from the center must complete a withdrawal form. Failure to attend does not constitute withdrawal.
Activities by Age
Children join in a variety of activities that include music, art and play that are designed to enhance socialization skills.
Children participate in scheduled preschool activities designed to enhance their development and promote kindergarten readiness skills.
