The Glacier
The Glacier is the official award-winning student publication of Moraine Valley Community College. It aims to provide information, entertainment and opinions to the Moraine Valley community. It is published digitally during the fall and spring semesters.
This student-run publication offers journalism experiences in writing, photography, and graphic design as well as editorial, and leadership opportunities. Editorial staff are eligible to receive a nominal scholarship according to their position.
The Glacier is available in an online version with two memento print editions per year listing the Fall and Spring Honor Roll recipients. Print editions are distributed on all campus locations.

Velocity
Velocity is an online magazine produced by students in Moraine Valley’s Student Publications Seminar course. It explores issues and trends affecting college students, and features profiles, podcasts and perspectives, as well as culture, music, film, art and literature.
