Annual Report
Each November 1, the College submits a report that includes training and prevention program offerings and incident report and complaint resolution information for the previous calendar year to the Office of the Illinois Attorney General and the Illinois Department of Human Rights in accordance with the (110 ILCS 155/) Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act and the (110 ILCS 205/) Board of Higher Education Act.

Climate Survey
The Sexual Misconduct Campus Climate Survey is an important tool Moraine Valley Community College uses to understand and address sexual harassment and sexual misconduct. The survey includes questions about relationships, sexual experiences, experiences with dating violence, and perceptions about safety at Moraine Valley Community College during the last 12 months. The climate survey is conducted annually in accordance with the (110 ILCS 155/) Preventing Sexual Violence in Higher Education Act. Student participation in the survey is voluntary and responses are anonymous.
