One selected student will swap places with Moraine Valley’s president, Dr. Pamela J. Haney, for one day. The schedule will be customized around your interests and likes as much as possible. Among other activities, you will:
- Park in her parking spot and sit in her office
- Follow her daily schedule, including attending meetings
- Meet with key members of her staff and a government official
- Seek out a donation from a college donor
- Talk to a member of the Board of Trustees and a community partner
- Have lunch with special guests
Conversely, Dr. Haney will follow your schedule, including:
- Attending your classes (she will not take a test for you)
- Meeting with the student trustee or other student groups
- Working your shift (if you have an on-campus job)
- Going to club meetings or practice (if you are a student club member or athlete)
- Eating lunch in Café Moraine
- Attending the baseball game
