Students trying to fit classes into already busy schedules can enroll in Moraine Valley Community College weekend classes for the fall 2019 semester. Classes include but are not limited to:

  • Fridays only—Electrical/Electronic Systems I, Biology of Human Life, Fundamentals of Chemistry, Composition I, Environmental Science I, beginning Aug. 23 for 16 weeks; Medical Terminology, beginning Aug. 30 for 15 weeks
  • Friday/Saturday/Sunday—General Sociology, beginning Sept. 6 for two weeks; Principles of Micro-Economics, beginning Oct. 4 for three weeks; American National Government, beginning Nov. 1 for two weeks; Introduction to Psychology, beginning Nov. 1 for three weeks
  • Friday/Saturday—Job Skills for Competitive Advantage, beginning Sept. 13 for four weeks; Cargo Security, beginning Nov. 1 for three weeks
  • Saturdays only—Introductory Automotive Technology, Human Anatomy and Physiology I, beginning Aug. 24 for 16 weeks; Advertising, Microsoft Office I, beginning Aug. 31 for 15 weeks; Introduction to American Music, beginning Oct. 5 for 10 weeks
  • Saturday/Sunday—Principles of Macro-Economics, beginning Sept. 6 for three weeks
  • Sunday—Life-Span Developmental Psychology, beginning Nov. 10 for four weeks

Tuition is $128 per credit hour plus fees and books. New students must complete an admission application, and then can register in the Registration Office, located on campus in the Student Services Center (Building S), 9000 W.
