Moraine Valley Community College is hosting a Super Saturday event on Saturday, Aug. 21, 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., where prospective and current students can get on-campus assistance with course selection, placement testing, registration, financial aid, payment and more.

The event will be held inside Building S on the college’s main campus, 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills. All visitors should park in the lots east of Buildings U and S (S1 or S2) and enter through Building U.

Representatives from several college offices, including Academic Advising, Center for Disability Services, Financial Aid, Veterans Resource Center, TRIO Student Support Services and the Testing Center, will be available to meet in person with attendees. Appointments are required for placement tests.

It is highly recommended that individuals schedule an appointment before the event. Contact information for each office participating can be found at These services also are available remotely, so students can get assistance at their convenience.
