The Moraine Valley Foundation has extended its scholarship application deadline to Friday, May 12. Current and potential Moraine Valley students can apply for more than 300 scholarships to be used during the fall 2023 and spring 2024 semesters.

“Many students struggle to pay for college tuition, so we encourage anyone who plans to attend Moraine Valley in the upcoming academic year to apply for a scholarship through our Foundation,” said Kristy McGreal, executive director of the Moraine Valley Foundation. “Thanks to our generous donors, we have hundreds of scholarships available. The application process is easy, and we can’t wait to help deserving students.”

The scholarships range from $250 to $5,000 and are awarded based on criteria such as financial need, field of study, academic achievement, career choice, personal accomplishments, volunteerism and more. They are available for full- and part-time students, whether or not they receive financial aid.

Additional details about the scholarships and the application process can be found at morainevalley.edu/cost-and-aid/scholarships.
