Purse String Productions presents Golden Girls at Moraine Valley

Laugh along with the blue-haired Miami crew of Golden Girls as presented by Purse String Productions on Saturday, Jan. 31, 2 and 8 p.m., at the Moraine Valley Community College Fine and Performing Arts Center’s (FPAC) Dorothy Menker Theater, 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills.

Experience the joy of friendship and antics of Dorothy, Blanche, Rose and Sophia in a new episode featuring challenges that strengthen their friendship and weaken their defenses for cheesecake. Audiences should prepare to sing and clap along with the talented drag artists as they perform 80s songs to highlight each woman’s story. By the end of the show, participants will leave the theater singing, “Thank You for Being a Friend.”
