The electrifying string trio, Simply Three, will perform on Saturday, Nov. 15, 7:30 p.m., at the Moraine Valley Community College Fine and Performing Arts Center (FPAC), 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills.
Zack Clark, Julian Nguyen and Nick Villalobos combine their musical talents as Simply Three to captivate audiences around the world with their high-energy performances. Since 2010, they have played a range of musical genres and works by composers including Adele, Gershwin, Coldplay, Twenty One Pilots, Ed Sheeran and Michael Jackson. In their classical crossover, Simply Three performs original works as well as innovative arrangements showcasing technical virtuosity and heartfelt musicality.
Simply Three is one of the most watched and streamed instrumental groups in the world with more than 300 million views on YouTube, 100 million streams on Spotify and 440 million streams on Pandora. The group’s music videos have been praised by artists such as OneRepublic and Grammy-nominated artist Janelle Monáe. They have produced 10 albums, two of which are full-length original works, which have earned critical recognition from such publications as The Huffington Post, Rolling Stone and ryanseacrest.com.
The trio has old school training, but they produce a new school sound.
