Moraine Valley Community College, in conjunction with Osco, is hosting a COVID-19 vaccination clinic for the public on its main campus in Palos Hills, 9000 W. College Parkway. The first dose of the Pfizer vaccine will be administered on Monday, May 17, with the second dose to be given on Monday, June 7. Appointment times are available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Vaccinations will be given in the Moraine Rooms inside Building M, just off the 111th St. entrance to campus. Ample parking is available in front of the building. Once on campus, follow the signs to the entrance.
Vaccines are available for anyone over the age of 16. A parent’s consent is required for anyone ages 16 or 17. The vaccine cannot be given to anyone who has had another vaccine within the last two weeks or has symptoms of COVID-19.
Bring your ID and insurance card. If you do not have insurance, you will still receive a vaccine. Vaccinations are free. Get more information on the Pfizer vaccine.
