According to U.S manufacturing executives, a skilled, educated workforce is the single most critical element of innovation success and the hardest to acquire. Moraine Valley Community College’s Corporate, Community and Continuing Education team is supporting the development of the region’s businesses by providing industry-specific training. The focus is on skills employees need to contribute to a company’s efficiency and bottom line.
Moraine Valley offers numerous educational programs that include hands-on training taught by experienced industry professionals. Training options include credit courses on campus, short term industry-recognized noncredit certificates or customized training at the worksite. Programs include supply chain, welding, HVAC, industrial maintenance, safety, quality, electronics, non-destructive testing, and more.
