Moraine Valley Community College is partnering with the Cook County Sheriff’s Department to host an E-Waste, Document Shred-A-Thon and Prescription Drug Take Back Event on Saturday, Nov. 2, 9 a.m. to noon, in the Building M parking lot on campus, 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills.
Cook County residents can bring unused and expired prescription drugs to be safely disposed of. People also can bring electronics they no longer want such as TVs, computers, phones, USBs and more. Paper records and documents can be shredded at this event.
