The Moraine Valley Community College Health Sciences Department is hosting a “Passport to the Health Sciences” open house on Thursday, April, 20, 5 to 7 p.m., in Building B on campus, 9000 W. College Parkway, Palos Hills.
Attendees can learn about the Health Science programs offered at the college, including Addictions Studies, Health Information Technology, Medical Coding/Medical Billing, Massage Therapy, Medical Assistant, Phlebotomy, Radiologic Technology, Respiratory Therapy and Sleep Technology. Program representatives will be available for questions.
There also will be complimentary chair massages, blood pressure checks, pulse oximeter checks and more health-related activities. Anyone who visits all the sites on their event passport will be entered into a drawing for one of four free massages in the college’s student massage clinic.
