“We have patiently waited to finally come together safely to host our annual gala on campus. We are grateful our donors, supporters and colleagues supported the Foundation during our past virtual galas, and we are thrilled to invite them to return to campus for a wonderful evening where we will ‘unmask’ our students’ needs and help them pursue their educational dreams,” said Lisa Rispoli, special events and donor relations manager.

To ensure the safety of attendees, the Foundation will not host a reception prior to the dinner. Guests also will be required to show proof of vaccination and wear a mask that covers their mouth and nose.

The Foundation is grateful to the event sponsors for their generous support. Gala Event Sponsors include Wind Creek Chicago Southland, Dessert Sponsor; and Heide Wealth Management Group and HomeLight, Auction Item Sponsors. The Foundation’s 2022 Annual Event Sponsors include Demonica Kemper Architects, Platinum; John and Patricia Coleman, Gold; Legat Architects and PepsiCo Food Service, Silver; and Advocate Aurora Health, First Midwest Bank, a division of Old National Bank, and Medix, Supporting.

About the Moraine Valley Foundation

The Moraine Valley Foundation was founded in 1982 to provide scholarships and emergency assistance to Moraine Valley Community College students, fund innovative programs at the college and offer financial support to its Fine and Performing Arts Center. As a 501(c)3 entity, the Foundation partners with corporate and individual donors and has awarded over $1 million to support the college’s mission. This year, over $215,000 in scholarship funds were awarded to students pursuing a better life through higher education.
