The Spring Job Fair scheduled for Thursday, March 26 at Moraine Valley Community College has been canceled and will not be rescheduled this semester.
Due to rising concerns regarding potential exposure to the coronavirus (COVID-19), several employers have withdrawn their attendance from the job fair as a directive from their corporate offices. This precaution coupled with the low unemployment rate led to the decision to cancel the fair.
Community members looking for employment are encouraged to contact the college’s Job Resource Center for assistance with resumes, job searches and interviewing tips. A weekly job report can be viewed online.
