Massage therapy classes are taught by licensed massage therapists, and students can earn a Therapeutic Massage certificate.
Anyone interested in a more hands-on career should visit the Moraine Valley Community College Therapeutic Massage Program open house on Thursday, Sept. 26, 5:30 to 8 p.m., at the massage clinic in Building B, Room B161, on the main campus, 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills.
Participants can meet the program instructors, inquire about the Massage Therapy Program and Clinic, and learn how to complete the program in four semesters. Free chair massages and mini sessions also will be available.
