Continue your education or learn for fun this fall at Moraine Valley Community College. Registration is underway for the fall 2018 semester, which starts Aug. 20 with on-campus credit classes. Credit classes at the Education Center at Blue Island and Tinley Park Education Center and on-campus continuing education classes begin Aug. 27. Off-campus continuing education classes start Sept. 4.
Moraine Valley offers classes for students who want to transfer to four-year colleges or universities by earning associate degrees in Applied Science, Arts, Science, or General Studies. Students also can choose from several certificate career programs offered at the college, including Allied Health and Nursing, Business and Computer Sciences, Industrial Technology, Automotive Technology, and Public Service. Additionally, the college offers a number of noncredit courses and workshops.
Courses are offered in different formats to accommodate students’ needs. These flexible learning options include evening, off-campus, one-day-a-week, online, short-term, and weekend classes.
With an annual average cost of $4,356, attending Moraine Valley can save students thousands of dollars per year compared to private colleges or universities.

Tuition is $125 per credit hour plus fees and books.
