Three Academic Music concerts are scheduled in the beginning of March at the Moraine Valley Community College Fine and Performing Arts Center (FPAC). These performances will take place in the Dorothy Menker Theater, 9000 W. College Parkway in Palos Hills.

The Moraine Chorale and Chamber Singers present “The Music of Ireland” on Saturday, March 1 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults, $12 for seniors 55+, $10 for Moraine Valley employees/veterans/under 18 and $5 for Moraine Valley students.

For their 20th anniversary season, the Moraine Valley Concert Band presents “Songs of Myth, Legend and Folklore” on Sunday, March 2 at 3 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for veterans/under 18 and free for Moraine Valley students.

For their 28th season, the Moraine Valley Jazz Ensemble presents “Songs from the Heart” featuring vocalist Devon Sandridge on Friday, March 7 at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for veterans/under 18 and free for Moraine Valley students.
