Hilary Ann FeldmanCalled a "tour de force of cabaret, opera, and jazz" by the Chicago Tribune, Hilary Ann Feldman has appeared across the country, celebrating music of the Great American Songbook past and present, while paying tribute to some of entertainment's most beloved icons.

Based in Chicago, she is a familiar face there, with a reputation for clever storytelling through song, unique subject matter, and an exquisite, versatile singing voice. Locally, Feldman has performed in theatres and clubs, including: Victory Gardens, Davenport’s Cabaret, Drury Lane Theatre, Park West Theatre, Claudia Cassidy Theatre, Skokie Theatre, Moraine Valley Performing Arts Center, Metropolis Performing Arts Center. Nationally, she has performed at The Acorn Theatre in Three Oaks, Michigan; Sharon Lynn Wilson Center for the Arts in Brookfield, Wisconsin; M Bar Supper Club in Los Angeles, California; and the Metropolitan Room in New York City; she also has taken her act abroad to the Jermyn Street Theatre in London, England.

Named one of the top-five female musicians in Chicago by CBS 2 Chicago, Feldman is known not only for her unique take on traditional cabaret fare, but also for pushing the boundaries of what that fare can be.

The remarkable success of her tribute to the beloved Audrey Hepburn proved that music could be used to pay tribute to a non-musical icon. Feldman followed up that triumph with this Laughing Matters performance, a tribute to funny woman Carol Burnett, which has been playing to sold-out houses since it opened in 2015 and prompted a couple of phone calls from Carol Burnett herself!

Expertly weaving together her wealth of knowledge on her chosen subject with just the right music to tell the story, Feldman has 10 solo shows to her name. In addition, she is the founder/artistic director of Acts Of Kindness Cabaret, an organization that has been using the art of cabaret to raise money for area nonprofit organizations for the last 15 years.

Feldman’s debut CD, Taking Flight, was named Cabaret/Folk CD of the Year by NY Cabaret Hotline. It is available on iTunes and CD Baby, and in the lobby after the show.
