This powerful drama follows the inner struggle of Guy Montag, a civil servant living in a dystopian world. In his job as a “fireman,” Guy is the one lighting blazes — to burn books. Lately, he has begun to question his vocation and his vegetable-like existence. When he meets 16-year-old Clarisse, filled with strange ideas, Guy is led into a dangerous and highly combustible situation. Now he must choose between continuing his nonexistent existence and risking everything for the right to think.
