The Moraine Valley Foundation offers multiple sponsorship opportunities for companies to support our students and the college. Sponsorship through the Moraine Valley Foundation sends a message that your brand is strongly aligned with the Foundation’s mission of supporting Moraine Valley Community College faculty, staff and students. Sponsors may choose to support a specific event or join as an event sponsor for the entire year.

Becoming an annual sponsor unlocks opportunities for our events and much more. As an annual sponsor, you are offered the opportunity to increase your company’s visibility through our events, social media, newsletters, the Foundation’s website and press releases. Becoming an annual sponsor creates relationships and involvement with our students, alumni, faculty, staff and our community.
The Foundation hosts and partners with Moraine Valley Community College to successfully execute fun-filled events, while raising money to support the college and our students. Whether it’s playing a round of golf and running a 5K to relaxing and enjoying a car show and a fundraising dinner, our events are geared towards everyone. Each event has its own event sponsorship, offering sponsors unique visibility to event attendees.
The Foundation’s largest and most anticipated fundraising event is the our annual gala. Hosted on the last Friday in April, the gala is a memorable evening that features a different theme, entertainment and talented performers each year. This event is our opportunity to raise funds that support our community of students through scholarships, emergency assistance funds, and funds for college programs, such as STEM and our college’s Fine and Performing Arts Center. The gala consists of a reception hour, full course dinner, games, entertainment, silent auction and a live auction.
Start your engines for our annual Moraine Valley Car Show! Hosted with the Automotive Technology department at Moraine Valley, our car shows showcase over 100 cars from the 1920s to today. The event is held on a Saturday in August, and all proceeds from the event go toward students pursuing a degree in the automotive programs. The car show has many activities, such as music, food vendors, raffles and an awards ceremony. In addition, the Automotive Technology department hosts an open house for the public. After the event, participants can enjoy a family-friendly movie on our jumbo screen.
Swing by in September for the Foundation’s annual golf outing. Our golf outing includes 18-holes of golf, delicious food throughout the day, raffles, silent auction, a Golfers Return Celebration and an awards ceremony. It’s a great way to network, enjoy the outdoors, golf and have fun! All proceeds from the golf outing fund scholarships for our students who are striving to succeed in their personal and professional career dreams.
Get out your running shoes and make your way to our annual Halloween 5K/1K Run/Walk. The Foundation and Moraine Valley's Health, Fitness & Recreation Center (FitRec) team together to host an annual Halloween 5K/1K Run/Walk. This chip time race is open to the public and held on a Saturday in October. We also have a 1K for kids who want to participate and run off their Halloween treats! This event donates all proceeds to support need-based scholarships to students, including FitRec employees. Don’t forget to wear your costumes - you may just go home with an award!
