The Moraine Valley Community College Foundation invites you to Gateways Gala, which will be held on April 28, 2023, at Moraine Valley. Our new name for the annual gala – Gateways Gala – is the first of many exciting enhancements to this popular event.
We continue to be committed to our mission by raising funds for Moraine Valley students and college programs at the gala. Each year, the Gateways Gala will highlight different opportunities the college offers to its students and the community.
This year, the Foundation will be "Shining the Light on Reimagining Futures." Students come to Moraine Valley to reimagine their future through higher education. By attending the Gateways Gala, you are making their goals achievable, so they can improve their lives.
The Gateways Gala will be an evening to network, enjoy live entertainment, participate in raffles and a live auction, play games and raise funds for our students.
This year’s gala also will honor the legacy of Dr. Sylvia M. Jenkins, president of Moraine Valley Community College, who is retiring June 30, 2023.
