Attention, FitRec LIVE! participants! Below is the Summer 1 FitRec Live schedule, which begins on Monday, May 18 and runs through Sunday, July 5. This is the final schedule, but keep in mind that changes could occur as necessary. In addition, there will be NO CLASSES held on Monday, May 25 (Memorial Day) or Saturday, July 4 (Independence Day). For this Wellness Wealth installment, we wanted to give you a preview of what to expect this summer for FitRec’s virtual fitness class offerings.
Also, FitRec would also like to promote a new strength-building program that group fitness instructor Erin Aguirre will be offering starting next Monday (May 18). Details are below in italics.

12:15 p.m. – Lengthen to Strengthen with Anna-Marie

6 p.m. – HIIT with Lisa
Thursday:
9 a.m. – Restorative Yoga with Joanne
11 a.m. – Pilates Fusion with Melanie
5 p.m. – Muscle Work with Jay
Friday:
10 a.m. – Core Blast with Erin A.
