Free Personal Training Equipment Sessions - August
Our personal training program offers FREE 30-minute equipment orientation sessions. These sessions are FREE to all FitRec Members. Please meet 5 minutes prior to each session you attend. We will meet at the 2nd Floor Fitness Desk, then move to the appropriate location on the Fitness Floor. You will be asked to sign-in for attendance purposes.Date | Time | Topic | Instructor |
