15-Day Core Challenge

We are kicking off May with a chance to rebuild your core! Join MVCC FitRec Group Fitness and Personal Trainer Lisa Passas on Facebook for a 15-day fitness challenge all about your core! Each day, Lisa will be leading us through a killer 30-minute class helping to strengthen and build the key muscles for core strength.
