FitRec recommends attending a demo and Pilates Mat classes prior to starting a Pilates Springboard program. Pilates Springboard is a wall-mounted piece of equipment which consists of arm and leg springs. The attachments provide resistance and assist in stabilization and range of motion. A maximum of 8 participants allows for more individualized instruction, attention and safety. This 50 minute class concentrates on core strength and upper/lower body conditioning. Thai Yoga assisted stretching is included.
