Experience the spring group fitness classes in one day! Try one or try them all.  Join us for a 3 hour mash up of our fitness classes; 5 different formats will run every half hour. Classes will be 25 minutes in length with a 5 minute transition period. Highlighting our nationally certified instructors and promoting the spring schedule; this event is a great way to discover what group fitness at FitRec has to offer you. All paying participants will receive a FitRec Mashup water bottle.  All proceeds from this event benefit the Student Scholarship fund.
