What is the Halloween 5K?
The Moraine Valley Health, Fitness & Recreation Center will be hosting the 5th annual Halloween 5K/1K run/walk in conjunction with the Moraine Valley Foundation. Open to the Moraine Valley campus and community, this race donates all proceeds to the Moraine Valley Foundation which provides need-based scholarships to students including FitRec employees. By participating, you can make a difference in the lives of students by helping them afford a college education. Because it is Halloween, costumes are encouraged. Strollers are allowed on the course.
