Real Estate Broker Pre-Licensing 
This program provides required instruction as needed for a dynamic career as a real estate broker. This program includes real estate fundamentals as well as role play and case studies in the real estate world. This 90-classroom-hour program prepares individuals for the State of Illinois broker examination to sell real estate in the State of Illinois. Classes include: Broker Pre-License Topics and Broker Pre-License Applied Real Estate Principles. The average annual salary for a full-time real estate broker is $41,990. The employment of real estate brokers is projected to grow 11 percent from 2012 to 2022, about as fast as the average for all occupations.Employment will grow as the real estate market continues to recover from the recent economic recession. Real Estate Managing Broker Pre-Licensing (45 Course Hours)
This program provides two additional courses in addition to Broker courses to sit for the Managing Broker exam with the State of Illinois; the required pre-licensing instruction needed for a career as a real estate managing broker. The program covers licensing, operations and procedures to own and operate your own real estate firm. (90 hours from broker coursework plus 45 hours managing broker coursework to complete the program). Participants will be eligible to sit for the State of Illinois Managing Broker exam. Upon passing State of Illinois license exam, you then can pursue opening and managing a real estate office. Classes include: Managing Broker, Pre-License Topics and Managing Broker Pre-License Applied Management and Supervision Interactive.
