Our Human Resources Management Program is designed to prepare you for the operations, control, training, and development of personnel in the workplace. You'll learn about the selection and placement of individuals for appropriate areas of employment, equal opportunity, staffing, training, evaluations, maintaining the organization, and rewards.

This program includes an internship/seminar component.

You will gain the skills necessary to work in a human resources department across most industries.

Employment of human resources managers is projected to grow 9 percent from 2016 to 2026, about as fast as the average for all occupations. As new companies form and organizations expand their operations, they will need human resources managers to oversee and administer their programs and to ensure they adhere to changing and complex employment laws.
