The Center for Teaching & Learning’s primary role is to champion teaching and learning by providing an environment where innovation is encouraged, supported, and rewarded.

The Center for Teaching & Learning (CTL) helps to support the college’s mission to educate the whole person in a learning-centered environment by providing all employees with a variety of professional development opportunities with the goal to enrich the experience and success of students.

These opportunities occur in a variety of modalities such as workshops, one-on-one consultations, programs, and campus events to enhance teaching, learning, technology, and leadership.

Our Service Objectives

• Partner with internal departments and external providers to offer robust onboarding programming, ongoing professional development opportunities, and resources to employees.
• Collaborate with departments across campuses to provide leadership as it relates to offering high-quality distance learning training, programming, services, and experiences.
• Administer Canvas LMS and support ancillary services.
