Our Southwest Education Center (SWEC) is a full-service facility, with modern classrooms, science labs, computer labs, study rooms, cyber cafe lounge, vending machines and Accuplacer testing (placement tests). It is located close to I-80 and offers plenty of free parking. You can take transfer and career courses and we offer student support services such as financial aid assistance and academic planning.

Schedule a Tour

Visit Moraine Valley and see first-hand how we rival four-year schools! We offer a number of visit events throughout the year and schedule campus tours every Tuesday on our Palos Hills campus.

***Because all in-person campus tours are temporarily appointment only, we are now offering a virtual campus tour. You can visit us anytime.

You can expect to receive several student services at the Moraine Valley Community College's Southwest Education Center in Tinley Park.
