Colleges will conduct thorough
assessments of their current programs to determine the extent to which learning
outcomes are currently in use and the effectiveness of such programs.
Colleges will design a framework for learning outcomes for their institutions.
Colleges will agree on a variety of appropriate assessment processes their
faculties can use to measure learning achieved.
Colleges will apply an outcomes-based process to at least one of the following
program areas: developmental education, general education, or 21st century
