Building Your Future—One Brick at a Time

This fall, we’ll begin construction on our new Science Building. Soon to follow will be the new Instructional and Job Training Center and an addition to the College Center. Our expanded facilities will help you build your own exciting future.

The 95-thousand-square-foot Science Building’s 20 labs and 15 lecture rooms will make science classes easily accessible. Students and community members will have increased opportunities to pursue career training and personal development in the Instructional and Job Training Center. This facility also will include increased meeting space. The College Center will comfortably house all student services. The new cafeteria will nearly double our current seating capacity. And the larger child care center will accommodate more children and feature a new outdoor playground.

We’re also planning our new Southwest Education Center in Tinley Park, with 10 classrooms, science and computer labs, and on-site student services. We also will have the ability to expand as enrollment continues to grow. The new center will allow students from Tinley Park, Orland Park, Orland Hills and Oak Forest to conveniently take classes closer to home.

Students will have access to state-of-the-art labs in the new Science Building.

Career programs such as travel, business management and culinary arts will be located in the new Instructional and Job Training Center. Workforce development and job training services for companies and individuals also will be available in the center.

The design of the expanded College Center will house all student services in one convenient location.
