Special Admission Requirements
The polysomnography program begins only during the fall semester and has special admission requirements and limited enrollment. Applicants are responsible for ensuring that all admission requirements are met and all documents and scores are submitted on time. Only complete application files will be reviewed for admission. Please carefully review the
admission requirements.
Required Courses
(26 credit hours)
The following suggested schedule is based on full-time enrollment. BIO-115
(or BIO-180
and BIO-181)
and MRT-110
must be completed within five years prior to the program admission deadline. The required
PSG courses must be taken in the sequence shown. The additional courses may be
completed prior to program admission or during the semester indicated.

Graduation Requirements
Successful completion of all course
requirements and the minimum number of credit hours for the specific
certificate; minimum overall grade point average of 2.0 in the courses required
for the certificate; a minimum grade of C in all courses with a PSG prefix, at
least 50 percent of the certificate hours must be completed at Moraine Valley;
submission of graduation petition to the Records Office by published deadlines. (See college
