Information Literacy Summit Registration Page

  

To register for the 2008 Information Literacy Summit at Moraine Valley Community College on April 2, please complete the form below.

Registration fee

Please do not send your registration payment ($20) until you receive a confirmation that you are registered. Payment for the Information Literacy Summit at Moraine Valley is due Friday, March 21, 2008.  If we have not received your registration payment by that time, your registration will be canceled so that the space can be made available to someone on the wait list. 

Cancellations

The last day to request a refund of the registration payment is Tuesday, March 25, 2008. If you need to cancel your registration and request a refund, please contact Barb Rys at rys@morainevalley.edu.

If you would like to register for either of the other Summits, please email the coordinator directly.  For the April 7 Summit at John A.
