Student Employment
Program
REMINDERS:
Work-Study Student Employment
Work-study student employment cannot work during the Holiday break. The last day
work-study student employees can work in the fall semester is Friday, Dec. 16.
Work-study student employees who will be returning to work in your department
for the spring semester can resume their employment for the spring semester on
Tuesday, Jan. 17.
Supervisors: If you would like your work-study student employee to work
during the holiday break, they must be placed under your departmental budget. To
change your work-study student employee to be paid out of your budget, please
contact the Job Resource Center (708) 974-5737.

a student employment orientation session. If a student employee has attended an
orientation and needs an ID badge holder, please come to the Job Resource
Center, Building S, Room S202, to pick one up.
Student employment supervisors can nominate a student employee for the
Student Employee of the Year award and student employees can nominate a
supervisor for Student Employment Supervisor of the Year award. Letters
of nomination are due to Laura Kockler, Job Resource Specialist, by Friday
February 17, 2012. For questions, please contact
