Program
This year's theme is "Bridging the Gap: Knowledge Creation, Information
Literacy, and the Role of Technology in Education," and will
feature a keynote presentation by
Dr. Nicholas Burbules, the Edward William and Jane Marr Gutgsell Professor
in the Department of Education Policy, Organization and Leadership.

Cost
$40 for attendees or $20 for presenters (includes breakfast, lunch and materials) for the summits at
Illinois State University (Normal) and Moraine Valley Community College
(Palos Hills)
$35 (includes breakfast, lunch and materials) for the summit at John A.
Logan College (Carterville)

teaching and learning in almost any aspect. Academic, school, public
and special librarians attend.

and other educators who want to discuss information literacy,
student research and student use of information.
